This complete production line is specifically designed for filling and vacuum sealing of high-viscosity products such as jam, fruit preserves, honey, peanut butter, and various sauces into glass jars with metal screw caps.

The line integrates automatic filling, vacuum capping, sealing, and optional labeling & coding functions. It uses a rotary lobe pump filling system (with agitator) to ensure accurate, particle-friendly, and drip-free filling. The vacuum capping station removes air from the headspace before sealing, extending product shelf life and ensuring safety.
