How It Works
Product Loading – Products (tubes, bottles, etc.) are placed horizontally onto a conveyor, either manually or via a hopper/bowl feeder.
Label Dispensing – A servo motor unwinds the label roll. A sensor detects the label gap and synchronizes with product position.
Product Rotation & Label Application – The product passes between a drive belt and a foam‑coated roller. The belt rotates the product while the label is applied, wrapping it around the circumference.
